The Instructor Development Workshop is a three-part course designed to prepare real estate professionals to become confident, compliant, and effective instructors in Iowa. This program begins with a foundation in classroom rules and regulatory compliance, including Iowa Administrative Code 193E, attendance requirements, course approval standards, and professional boundaries. Participants will then explore how adult learners engage in continuing education, including strategies for classroom management, communication, and creating a professional learning environment. The series concludes with course design and delivery, guiding instructors through developing course objectives, creating engaging content, and delivering instruction in classroom, live online, and self-paced formats.
